The XingShi Cup

The XingShi Cup

- 1 min

In my first month of Minerva I attended the Xingshi International Design Hackathon at Hanhai Biolabs.

The hackathon, sponsored by HackHub, had the prompt ”End User Empathy.” Thus, my team and I decided to work on 2 projects: Empact, AI visual and voice recognition software, and Temporal, a calendar app that uses AI to optimise your schedule based up your body’s circadian rhythm.

It was exciting and a fantastic experience to build a working prototype from start to finish and apply some of the skills we had learnt at Minerva to innovate and pitch our product.

We ended up winning the bronze award and $5,000 for Empact.
